The 10 Commadments

The Method

The Ten Commandments are values from which everyone can learn
to choose and live a full life.
Processes of change, development, and empowerment require us
to examine the values by which we have operated thus far,
assess their contribution, and add new ones.
The process helps us make the right choice to reach goals
and enjoy the feeling of satisfaction and empowerment.
